Norway trademark timetable and maintenance
Current application timing
Patentstyret currently states that a paid application which is in order can receive a response in approximately three weeks. Examination issues extend the timetable, followed by a three-month opposition period after registration is published.
Norway opposition stage
Three months from publication of the registration. NordicIP manages the response, evidence and any commercially useful settlement discussion with the opponent.
Renewal managed by NordicIP
The basic official fee starts at NOK 3,400. NOK 1,300 for each additional class. NOK 550 late-payment fee. We verify the register, confirm the total, file and report completion.
