Who we are
nordicIP is a service of Chronos IP Ltd., a company registered in England, company no. 11769857. For the purposes of data protection law, Chronos IP Ltd. is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

What we collect
This is a brochure website. We don’t ask you to create an account, and the only place we collect personal data is our contact form.
When you contact us
If you use our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company or firm name, if you choose to give it
- The message you send us
Technical data
Alongside every submission, we automatically capture your IP address, the date and time, and your browser’s user-agent string — basic technical data we keep solely to help detect and prevent spam and abuse of the form.
Why we use your data
We use this data to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to instruct us, to provide the trademark or patent-annuity service you’ve asked for. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us and, once you ask us to act, the steps needed to enter into a contract at your request.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows from it, plus any period we’re required to retain records for our own accounting or legal obligations. After that, it’s deleted.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors to run this site and deliver the service you’ve asked for:
- Our hosting / email (SMTP) provider — delivers contact-form submissions to our mailbox.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that a form submission comes from a real visitor rather than a bot. It may set a short-lived challenge token to do this.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — gives us privacy-friendly, cookie-free, aggregate traffic statistics. It does not track individual visitors.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. Cloudflare Turnstile may use a temporary token strictly to perform its security check when you submit the contact form.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and, where it applies to you, the EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure of your data
- Restriction of how we use your data
- Objection to our use of your data
- Portability of your data to another provider
How to exercise your rights
Email us at office@nordicip.eu and we’ll respond promptly. If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), or to your own country’s data protection supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we change a supplier or add a new feature to the site. The date at the top of this page will change whenever we do.
