What NordicIP can take over
Contact NordicIP for a new national trademark application in Denmark, Finland, Norway or Sweden, an EUIPO matter, a WIPO provisional refusal, an opposition, a renewal or a Nordic patent annuity portfolio. Foreign applicants and overseas IP firms receive one English-language contact who coordinates the relevant office, deadlines, filing record and reporting.
For a new filing, send the mark, proposed owner, countries and a plain-English description of the goods and services. For an existing case, include the application or registration number, the complete office communication and the deadline shown on it. A portfolio list can be sent as a spreadsheet with one row per right.

After instruction, we prepare the filing or response, retain the official receipt, monitor the proceeding and report the next step through completion.
